Our Creative Space

Put all these beautiful earrings together for Bush Christmas, but changed my mind and decided to send them to the markets instead.  I already had a whole stack at Bush Christmas and ran out of time.

These are now all packaged and priced and ready to go to Mt Tamborine markets on the weekend.

I bought this skirt pattern awhile ago now, to make up for the girls.  Finally got them finished last week.

It is not the best picture, but Little E loves her skirt.  The shirt is from Narioka.

Home at last

So everything has been delivered on time to Bush Christmas in Toowoomba.   Which is now up and running.  It looked fantastic.  There are so many creative people out there.
Michelle and Merilee went to some markets in Surat on the weekend, which went well, despite the wet weather.  Yes it always rains when we have markets planned.  Our husbands joke that we should have started our business in the drought.

Michelle is off to Mt Tamborine markets this weekend.  Time sure passes by quickly.  Christmas is almost here.  I am not nearly organised.

So today is pack up day for Bush Christmas, as I head off tomorrow.  Just thought I would leave you with a sneak peak of some of the birds I am sending.

Rocking Robin

Little E loves making our Rocking Birds.  If you asked her what she would like to do today, her answer is always "make a rocking bird".  Lets just say these are starting to accumulate in our house.

Once she has created one of these little birds, she plays with them for hours, this one is missing an eye, as Big E made one with three eyes, using one of Little E's eyes. 

These little birds are so quick and easy to make, just a bit of glue and decoration is required.  The only thing we don't supply in the kit is of course the glue, everything else comings in the pack, all Little E has to do is open the bag and get started. 

These kits are now listed in our Craftumi store.  These would make a great idea for holiday crafting.
